Using your familiar web browser interface makes OceBridge intuitive and

simple to use, so all sta can benet from OceBridge straight away with

the minimum of training.

OceBridge is supplied for a one-o cost. No multi user licence costs or

renewal charges, OceBridge is a low cost solution for network document

sharing and printing.

Ease of use

● Scan documents into a private inbox for security and convenience

● Scan documents into a public inbox for convenient sharing

● Scan documents to the OceBridge Bulletin Board for centralised

posting and viewing of documents

● Circulate documents to OceBridge users to quickly share information

● New information is visually notied by the InfoMonitor. Clicking the

button on the Pop-up automatically lets the client log-in.

InfoMonitor provides real-time alerts to the client:

• Print job complete • Transmission complete

• Document has been received into an inbox, bulletin board or

processing workow

● Coverage Editor allows users to create custom cover pages and upload

them to the MFP or use them during the desktop fax process.

● Document Download Utility can automatically route OceBridge

documents to network folders or other locations.

● Other utilities

Backup Utility, Address Book Utility

The MFX-2700 and 2200 will also perform as a network printer, just add

the optional Network Interface Card (NP-500), and you can print black

and white documents via your network from Windows 98SE, NT4, 2000,

ME, XP, Server2003 and Vista.

● Wide range of Printer Driver functions

Paper size/type, N-in-1 printing and duplex printing can be setup

from the pre-installed Printer Driver.
