View or print the results of fax transactions
You can view the results of the last 70 transactions.

Press <Job Confirm./Fax Cancel> and <q> or <p> to select “Show History”.

Press <Enter>. The machine will show the last fax transaction.
Assigned number, starting each day at “001”
“Tx” denotes transmission, “Rx” denotes reception.
Remote location called (The destination name)

Result of fax transaction
“OK”: Transaction was successful.
Error code: Transaction failed (page 12-18).
NOTE: You can print the result of a fax transaction appearing on the LCD by pressing
<Enter>.

Printing the result of a fax transaction:
In step 2, you can print the result of the fax transaction that appears on the LCD by
pressing <Enter>. Furthermore, if you want to print a list of transaction results, press
<Menu>, <5>, <1>, <0>, <5>, then <Enter>. Your machine will print the “Activity Jour-
nal.” For details of the Activity journal, see
page 11-4.
