6-4 Troubleshooting

Conﬁrm the content, and click [Next].

Click [Finish].

Click [Yes] when the security alert is displayed.

Click [OK].

Restart the browser, and perform SSL login again.

NOTE

When the security certiﬁcate error occurs despite you have imported the certiﬁcate,

check the “Expiration Date” in “Server Certiﬁcate Setting”. The error may be caused

because the computer that you are using is excluded from the expiration date. In this

case, set-up your computer date, or change expiration date of root certiﬁcate setting

and server certiﬁcate setting then export the root certiﬁcate and then import it to the

browser.
