User information settings
Setting templates 2-35
Deleting document names
You can delete unnecessary document names.

Log in to OfficeBridge (page 1-4).

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Document Name”.

Select the checkbox of the document name you want to delete.
•To select all the displayed document names, select the top checkbox.
•Click the same checkbox to deselect the item.

Click [Delete].

Click [OK].
The document name is deleted.
Setting e-mail templates
When you use the “Scan to e-mail” function, you can use a pre-registered subject and text
of an e-mail.
NOTE
Up to 10 e-mail templates can be registered.
Registering new e-mail templates

Log in to OfficeBridge (page 1-4).

Click [User Information], and then [Templates].

Click “Template”.
