Select the document you want to send.
(1) Check the document you want to send.
(2) Select “Sent” from action menu.
(3) Click Execute.

The “Document Send” screen will appear. Enter the e-mail address.
(1) Enter the e-mail address.
(2) Click Add.
If you want to send to more than two locations,
repeat steps (1) to (2).
(3) Confirm the destination(s).
