Service report settings

6-1. Select “Set Send SvcReport” in step 2-1, and then press ENTER. The following display will appear.

Send SvcReport :On

6-2. Select “On” or “Off” to activate/inactivate the service report setting, then press ENTER.

Note: When you selected “Off”, the machine will return to standby mode.

6-3. When you selected “On”, the LCD will show:

Location 1 :Off

Two fax numbers can be set as Service report sending destination (“Location 1” and “Location 2”).

Enter the settings for “Location 1” described through Step 6-4 to 6-8, and then enter settings for

“Location 2” referring the same Steps.

6-4. Select “On” or “Off”, then press ENTER.

When set to “On”, the fax number entry screen will appear. The Service Report will be sent to the fax

number registered in this step.

In “Location 1”, MAI’s service fax number is embedded in advance. You can edit it.

Note: Except USA version, the fax number does not embedded in advance.

6-5. Press ENTER to save the fax number.

6-6. The LCD shows:

Report :One Page

Select the Report form from “One Page” or “Detail” using the cursor key and press ENTER.

6-7. The LCD shows:

Period :Interval

#/$/Enter

Select the Report form “Interval” or “Date/time” using the cursor key and press ENTER.

To send the report at intervals of some definite months, select “Month”.

To send the report on a designated time once a month, select “Day/time”.

• When you select “Month”, proceed to step 6-8-1.

• When you select “Day/time”, proceed to step 6-8-2.

6-8-1 You can set the interval period for the service report auto transmission from 1 to 12 months.

Interval Months

(01-12Month) :0

Default setting is 3 months. Enter the desired number (01 to 12) using the numeric key, press ENTER.

6-8-2. Enter the day and time in 24-hour format, press ENTER.

Transmit Time

Enter Time: 0

1/00:00

For instance, to send the report every 5th day of the month at 2 pm, press 0 5 1 4 0 0.
