7. Remove the RETARD COVER, RETARD ROLLER assembly and TORQUE LIMITOR.
8. Remove the FEED ROLLER A from the INNER GUIDE A assembly.

ADF PERMIT SENSOR (APS)
1. Remove the TX SIDE COVER F and R.
2. Remove the Scanner Cover Assembly.
3. Remove two APS BRACKET mounting screws, and then remove the APS BRACKET and the APS
FEELER. Disconnect the connector of the APS.
